If you have chosen to set up a Direct Debit then we need to carry out a number of checks.
If you have answered “NO” to either of these questions you will need to complete a Direct Debit Instruction and return it via email. You will need to download the form using the button below and complete it digitally.
Once completed, please save it, and email a copy to payments@valdaenergy.com along with your account ID and the email address associated with your account. We will then contact you via email to confirm your Direct Debit has been set up.
Some banks or building societies may not accept Direct Debits for certain types of accounts.
